Dispatcher

Gujjar Logistics, a fast-growing logistics and transportation company based in Birmingham, is looking for an organized and proactive Dispatcher to coordinate our fleet and ensure timely, efficient deliveries. This is a key role within our operations team, offering stability, responsibility, and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule drivers for pickups and deliveries

• Monitor the status of shipments and update clients and teams accordingly

• Maintain clear communication with drivers throughout the day

• Handle changes in schedule, delays, and emergencies with professionalism

• Use logistics software to assign loads and track vehicles in real time

• Ensure compliance with transport laws and company procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatch or logistics preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Familiarity with logistics and routing software is a plus

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Flexibility with work hours when needed
